Wow! This wine was sourced from selected barrels of our 2010 vintage Durif and treated in a similar way to our Petite Syrah release initially, the difference being with the oak regime – old French oak.
The secondary ferment was then carried out in the bottle and the wine was liqueured with Brandy at disgorgement. The Brandy liqueur was derived from wood aged brandy spirit distilled from our 1998 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon.
